Navratri Special Dish – Day 3
सामग्री (Ingredients)
- Kacche Kele 5-6 (Bananas)
- Hari Mirch 4 (Green Chili)
- Falahari Namak (Rock Salt)
- Hara Dhaniya (Coriander leaves)
- Oil
Vidhi (How to make)
- Bananas ko pahle achi tarah dho le or banans ke 2 pieces me cut kar le. Iske baad bananas ko boil kar le or thande hone ka wait kare.
- Thande hone ke baad kele ko chhil le or mash kar le. Ab isme kati huyi hari mirch, hara dhaniya or namak dal kar achi tarah milaye.
- Ab tayar paste se tikki banaye or kuch samay ke liye freeze me rakhe. Isse tikki garm oil me tutengi nahi.
- 10 minutes ke baad tayar tikki ko freeze se nikal le or garm oil me golden fry kare.
- Ab tayar tikki ko plates me serve kare.
