  2. Apki Diet bhi motape ka karan hoti hai, esliye agar aap apna weight kam karna chahte hai to aapko ghar per hi khane ki aadat dalna hoga. Bahar ka food jitna avoid karnege utna apke liye acha hoga.
  3. Agar aap fast food khate hai to, weight control karna mushkil hai. Agar aap chahte hai ki apka weight control me rahe to apko fast food ko puri tarah bye bye bolna hoga.

  7. Adhik matra me pani piye. Khane khane se aadha ghante pahle pani piye or khana khate samay pani nahi pina chahiye. Din bhar me lagbhag 15 glass pani pina chahiye. Pani bhi weight loss karne me bahut help karta hai.
  8. Weight loss karne ke liye jaruri hai ki apka daily time table aap proper follow kare, jese ki subah samay per nashta kare, din me lunch bhi samay se kare or raat me sone se karib 2 ghante pahle khana kha le.
  9. Agar aap jaldi weight loss karna chahte hai to workout karna start kare,  exercise or yoga bhi kare.
  10. Agar apka weight aadhik hai to aap week me ek baar fast karna bhi start kar sakte hai.
